b.\ Final payment is due to Travel Agency represents TATE Coach Tours CC  not later than 6 weeks prior to departure.
       On receipt of your full payment, we will send vouchers.

 2. CANCELLATIONS
    a.\ Cancellations of your booking must be in writing. Cancellations are only effective on
       written notification. If prior to 6 weeks before departure your deposit is forfeited.
       If your cancellation is made after the due date for full payment of your tour fare
       charges will be levied :
       The charge expressed as a percentage of the tour prices as follow:
       More than 6 weeks notice - Deposit forfeited
       Less than 6 weeks notice   Deposit plus 20% value of tour
       Less than 4 weeks notice - 50%  value of tour
       Less than 3 weeks notice - 60%  value of tour
       Less than 2 weeks notice - 90%  value of tour

 Should you fail to join it after departure or leave it prior to its completion, no tour
 fare refund can be made .(Note that if the reason for cancellation falls within the terms
 of any holiday insurance policy which you hold, than any such charges will normally
 be refunded to you by the insurance company, subject to the terms of your insurance)

3. WILD ANIMALS
    Please be aware that this tour take close contact with wild animals .Attacks by wild
    animals are rare, but no tour into the African wilderness can guarantee that this will
    not occur. Neither the company, nor their employees, nor agents can be held
    responsible for any injury or incident on the tour.

 4. HEALTH
     Anti malaria precautions should be commenced prior to departure and client should
     bring their personal insect repellent. Please consult your doctor for specific advice.

 5. RESPONSIBILITY
     Neither the company nor any person acting for, through or behalf of the Travel Agency represents TATE Coach Tours CC                                                                         will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any cause
    whatsoever and without restricting the generality of the foregoing shall particularly not be
    responsible for loss or damage arising from any errors or omission contained in its
    site ,brochure or other literature, late or not confirmation or acceptance of booking, loss
    or damage caused by delays, sickness, injury or death, whether occasioned by
    negligence or not. In addition the Travel Agency represents TATE Coach Tours CC  shall have the right at any
    time at its discretion to cancel any tour or the remainder thereof or make any alteration
    in route, accommodation, price or other details and in the event of tour being
    rendered impossible, illegal or inadvisable by weather, avalanches, strike,
    war, government or interference or any other cause whatsoever, the extra
    expenses incurred as a result thereof shall be the responsibility of the passenger.
    The Travel Agency represents TATE Coach Tours CC  may at its discretion and without liability or cost to
    itself at any time cancel or terminate the passenger's booking and in particular
    without limiting the generality of the foregoing it shall be entitled to do
    so in the event of the illness or the illegal or incompatible behavior of
    the passenger, who shall in such circumstances not be entitled to any
    refund .Travel Agency represents TATE Coach Tours CC  reserves the right to exclude  any person
    whose behavior is deemed likely to adversely affect the operation of tour or
    the enjoyment and safety of any passenger. Travel Agency represents TATE Coach Tours CC  shall be
    under no liability to any such person.
    Travel Agency represents TATE Coach Tours CC  is not responsible for any criminal conduct by any
    third party.
    The person making any booking will, by the making of such
    booking, warrant that he or she has authority to enter into a contract
    on behalf of the other person included in such a booking and in the event
    of the failure of any or of the other persons so included to make payment
    the person making the booking shall by his or her signature thereof assume
    personal liability for the total price of bookings made by him or her

 6. CHANGES TO SCHEDULES
     Although every effort is made to adhere to schedules it should be borne
     in mind that the Travel Agency represents TATE Coach Tours CC  reserves the right and in fact is obliged to
     occasionally change routes as dictated by changing conditions
     of the weather or reservation problem.

 7. REFUND
     Whist the Travel Agency represents TATE Coach Tours CC uses its best endeavors to ensure that all
     anticipated accommodation is available as planned, there shall be not claim of any
     nature whatsoever against the Travel Agency represents TATE Coach Tours CC for a refund either in the
     whole or part, if any accommodation or excursion is unavailable or the passenger
     was unable to use that service.

 8. INSURANCE
     You mast take out comprehensive insurance cover before travel for
     cancellation default, medical expenses, personal baggage and money.
     This should be arranged at the time of payment of the deposit to cover
     you for cancellation from that time.

 9. PASSPORT & VISAS
     The onus is upon the client to ensure that passports and visa are valid
     for the countries visited. The TATE Coach Tours CC, their staff and
     their agents cannot be held liable for any visas etc., not held by the clients.

 10.AIRLINE CLAUSE
      The airlines concerned are not held liable for any act, omission or
    conveyance. The passengers' tickets in use by the airline or by other
    carriers concerned when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between
    the airline and the purchaser of these tickets and / or passengers.

 11.BAGGAGE
      Passengers are permitted one bag not more than 20 kg maximum.
      Limitations are strictly adhered to. This excludes camera equipment
      within reason.
 12. ENTITIES
       All entities which provide services on tour to the passenger are not employees
       or servants of Travel Agency represents TATE Coach Tours CC 

 13. APPLICABLE LAW
       This contract shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with South African
       law.
  14. CONSENT
     The payment of the deposit or any other payment for reservation on the
     tour constitutes consent to all provisions of the conditions and general
     information contained in this site ,brochure . The terms under which
     you agree to take these tour cannot be change or amended except in
     writing signed by an authorized director of  the Company.
